Puppies are by no means perfect though neither are we and they love us anyway, unconditionally. They want more than anything to love you, be with you, and please you. Take the time to understand why puppies do the things they do. Learn all you can about puppy training, their behaviors and caring for them from your veterinarian, books on dog care, or even researching online. Guide your puppy with love, patience and show him/her the right way to behave and socialize with training whether it is from past experience with dogs or in a puppy or obedience class. Someday your puppy will be an adult dog and hopefully one you can be proud of.

PUPPY'S INTELLIGENCE & LEARNING CAPACITY:
A puppy’s intelligence and learning capacity is the same as an 8-month old child. They will chew on anything they can get their teeth on. This is how they explore and learn about everything. They are just like children and they put things in their mouths. It's up to us to teach them what is ours and what is theirs to play with.
